Enquiry service
Solenne operates an enquiry-led concierge service. Submitting a request does not create or confirm a booking, guarantee availability, secure a price or require Solenne to accept the request.
Third-party providers
Flights, stays and other travel, lifestyle or property-related services may be arranged, contracted, ticketed or fulfilled by authorised third-party providers. Their terms, change rules, cancellation policies and service conditions may apply.
Proposals and payment
Any proposal will identify the relevant services, pricing and applicable terms available at that time. A booking is confirmed only after the client approves the proposal, any required payment is accepted and confirmation is issued by the appropriate provider.
Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller names, dates, passport-related details where requested, contact information and other requirements. Visa, entry, health and travel-document obligations remain the traveller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability
Concierge requests, private aviation, yachts, real estate developments, villas, dining, vehicles and experiences are subject to destination, timing, supplier availability and confirmed partner coverage.
Property introductions
Solenne may facilitate introductions to appropriately licensed developers, brokers and advisers. Solenne does not provide brokerage, legal, tax or investment advice, and no property is reserved or acquired through a website enquiry.
